The Gemplus key is plug and play on Windows Vista. However, if you need to install the drivers manually for whatever reason, we have provided a link below.

| Utilities |
| If you are having trouble with your software or key. Please download this utility and run it on your computer. This utility will check the operation of your key and compile the log file to help us diagnose your problem

If you are experiencing printing issues, please close the EOS/TES program
- Open My Computer,
- Open Local Disk C
- Open the Folder Compucon (or Barudan for TES)
Open the folder EOS 3.0 or TES 3.0
- Find the file Cprint30.DLL and Delete it
- Then, download this file.
- Cprint30.dll
- Save it to the EOS 3 or TES 3 directory.
- You should be prompted to overwrite the existing file.
Re-start the program and try printing again |
