Training Philosophy

It doesn't matter what your software is capable of doing if you don't know how to make it perform. We at Compucon USA believe that proper training is essential to the success of your business and ours. We strive to provide the best training in the industry and ensure that proper follow up technical support is available.

Our classes are designed to give you the essential tools necessary to run the software program efficiently and effectively. And to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to ensure your success.

Training Policy

Compucon USA provides training on all digitizing systems we sell. We run classes every week Monday thru Friday at both our east and west coast facilities.

Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions concerning our training policy.
How is training scheduled?

Customers may contact Compucon USA to schedule training on EOS/TES after it has been received.
What type of training material is supplied with the program?

All new customers will receive a full users manual with their software. A copy of the introductory training manual is available for download from Here
Where are training classes held? Currently, all EOS/TES training is scheduled through the Greensboro, N.C. office for the Greensboro and Irvine, CA offices. Customers have a choice of either facility for their training.
How long does training last? Customers are trained one to three days depending on the level of software purchased.
